Teletherapy is available to all Utah residents.

When are your appointments?

I have sessions available at the following times: Monday afternoons, Tuesday and Wednesday afternoons and evenings, and limited availability at other times.

How long are the sessions?

I focus on providing quality service, not watching the clock. Sessions are typically 45-50 minutes.

Occasionally for couples’ sessions or deep trauma work, we will schedule 90-minute sessions to ensure the time needed to do the work.

Do you take insurance?
I am not in-network for any providers. If you have an out-of-network benefit, I can provide you with a “superbill” so that you can submit it to your provider for reimbursement.
What is your cancellation policy?

I require 48 business hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment. I also get that life happens. The most important part is to communicate what is happening. I care about my clients.

For non-emergency cancellations, I will charge the full session fee.

How frequently will we meet?

At the start of therapy, I recommend meeting weekly. It is worth taking the time to lay the foundation for positive lasting outcomes.

As therapy progresses, we will collaborate to determine the appropriate frequency of sessions necessary to achieve your goals.

What is your belief system?

I have found that when clients ask me this or similar questions, what they ask is, “Can you understand me?” The answer to that question is “yes,” though I typically do not share what my beliefs are not or are.

I take the time to understand my clients deeply, including their worldview, beliefs, values, strengths, and challenges. I have worked worldwide with clients from varying religious, ethnic, racial, spiritual, and cultural backgrounds.

I focus on laying the foundation for deep therapeutic work through providing a safe environment, building trust, and a shared understanding where you feel seen and understood.

While my approach is clinical, I provide space for what matters to you. I intentionally work with my clients to incorporate their values, beliefs, and strengths.

Do you work with LGBTQ+?
Yes, I am an ally and have also completed Safe Zone Training as a therapist. I have experience working with LGBTQ+ individuals, couples, and families.
What is a relationship entrepreneur?

If you have checked out my LinkedIn page, you will see me listed as a “Relationship Entrepreneur.”

This title means I am All-In on helping others find connection, purpose, and confidence in themselves and relationships with others. The most incredible honor has been sitting with people and listening to their stories and experiences.

As a therapist, I walk alongside my clients as they discover the pathway forward. You are the hero of your journey, not me or any therapist.

I’m also a podcast host, facilitate relationship retreats and summits, adjunct professor, and a professional video storyteller.
